REGIONAL & NATIONAL PROGRAM MANAGERS

Job Description:
​
1. Communicate with internal and external partners on progress and receive feedback.
2. Ensure completion and success of customer support across multiple and concurrent projects, nationwide.
3. Recruit local subcontractors/talent/labor per projects’ scope and statement of work in various assigned areas of the nation.
4. Managing the project and guiding its overall direction.
5. Communicate with the project’s team members as well as higher level employees, partners, team leaders, and overall staff such as senior leaders and management, both internal and external.
6. Operations Project Manager should be an effective communicator, organized, and consistently excellent on deliverables and meeting deadlines.
7. Operations Project Manager should be flexible and agile in schedule and in travel.
8. Operations Project Manager must know how to develop reports and comply within the requests and rules of the customer.
9. Operations Project Manager must find ways to keep the project in the expected budgetary range.
10. An Operations Project Manager should be able to attend regular meetings via conference call as a minimum effort and also give progress reports daily via email as a minimum.
LICENSED INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
Job Description:
The security and fire alarm installer is responsible for general installation and maintenance of security and fire alarm systems on a turnkey basis. The main objective is to install, program, and repair security and fire alarm systems. The security and fire alarm installer is also responsible for troubleshooting any wiring or equipment issues that may interfere with the safe and effective operation of the security and fire alarms. Additionally, the installer is responsible for ensuring that all alarms, wiring, and equipment meets any relevant safety codes and standards. Safety and fire alarm installers work in a large variety of fields including industrial, governmental, medical, finance, business, automotive, retail, and others; these installers also complete installations in residential areas.
Key Qualifications:
1. State licensed low voltage technician.
2. Proficient in Honeywell Vista Panels, EST panels, American Dynamics, Axis and /or Focus panels just to name a few
3. Travel to and from customer. Must have reliable transportation.
4. Install, Upgrade, Maintain, Repair, Service and Inspect, Design and Consult Fire,Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control Systems for multiple commercial clients.
5. Conduit Installation.
6. Maintain communication with upper management.
7. Excellent customer satisfaction and service skills.
8. 1099 or Employee Position Available - All Shifts Available.

Most of the time, you oversee area managers, regional managers, territory managers, district managers, and product specialists. You may also be required to perform direct sales.
